Talk to the counter
The studio answers every enquiry within one business day. Write to us with the occasion, the number of parcels and the date you need them, and we will reply with a clear next step. If you are nearby, you are welcome to handle the materials on the bench before anything is approved.
Production weeks fill quickly during the late autumn holiday calendar. If your date is fixed, send the enquiry early and include the delivery city so we can check the courier window before we confirm a slot. Visitors are seen by appointment, because the counter is often covered in a live run.
For a run of under fifty pieces, two to three weeks is usually enough. For a hundred or more, plan on four to six weeks so materials can be ordered and a sample can be approved without rushing the finish. Late autumn and early winter are the busiest weeks of our year, so add a fortnight if your date lands in November or December.
Yes. Boxes, frames, bottles and awkward shapes are all welcome, and we build the wrap around the object rather than around a standard sheet. Bring it in during an appointment slot or send dimensions and a few photographs if you are arranging the gift from another city. We will confirm the pattern before any final paper is cut.
We pack and hand parcels to a courier for delivery across the United States. Each carton carries a packing list, and fragile items are nested in a soft layer before the outer paper goes on. If you need a delivery date, tell us at the brief stage so the production week and the transit window can be planned together.
